Refund policy

 

All of our products are locally custom made. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns & all sales are final. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Items that are found to be damaged during shipping or defective are able to be returned for replacement of the same item within 30 days. To arrange a return, please reach out to us via the Contact form to let us know the issue and arrange an exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once approved, a new item for replacement will be made (generally 3-5 business days).  Once your item has been remade, we will contact you to arrange the exchange of your damaged or defective item for the replacement. In the case of the same item being out of stock or unavailable, you may choose to receive credit towards another item from our site.
